big room size, strategic location, enjoyable bathtub

The air conditioning fan is sluggish and doesn't cool effectively!!! Getting towels for the pool is a hassle requiring multiple asks!!! The bathroom needs proper cleaning, and TV choices for kids are inadequate!!! What a dull view from the beautiful room!!!

We had a mini bar and a safe box in the deluxe twin room. We had excellent and delicious breakfasts with the amount paid. The location was particularly good and strategic, close to Maritime Museum.

Strategic and great location very close to major tourist destinations in Melaka as well as most attractions & malls, restaurants and eateries were near to the hotel. I checked out a bustling open-air market, that was set a 10-15 minute walking distance from the property.

Great spacious studio, but the hot water kept switching to cold.

Great stay, as always. Wonderful hotel that has marvellous location to old town centre. Delicious breakfast to start the day with the porridge and the amount of selections offered, for instance. Very-very nice personnel, elegant rooms with bathtub and modern bath tub, as for instance. Easy check-in and friendly customer service. No charge for wake up calls and ironing too.

We have booked deluxe king room with fantastic facilities. Everything was good, nevertheless a few employees were not so helpful. The daily service was superb.

A hidden gem indeed! The spacious Beautiful King Room offers a fantastic stay with a comfortable bed. A great breakfast spread and friendly staff make mornings brighter. Best of all, you're within a short stroll from key attractions like Jonker Walk and Dataran Pahlawan. I will definitely return!

The hotel features wonderfully spacious rooms with all amenities in perfect condition, including a reliable hot water system and effective air conditioning. The location is impressively quiet, great for peaceful nights while still being just a short walk from vibrant areas. Unfortunately, the sauna was out of service, a letdown, and the breakfast options could definitely be improved, they didn't quite meet the expectations set by the overall excellent service. There were some cleanliness issues in the common areas that detracted from the experience.

I loved how the room was super spacious, and we enjoyed the relaxing indoor pool after a long day out. The gym had some great equipment for a quick workout. Just a heads up, the bathroom cleaning could be a bit better, but it didn't ruin our stay! 😊

Everything was just perfect.

This hotel is really good! Super friendly and polite staff, and it's in a great location close to malls and cultural sights. Room was comfy and clean, loved the amenities they had. Breakfast was ok, they could do better but overall a nice experience.

Stayed here for 1 night with my mom, had a perfectly pleasant stay.

The location is fantastic, very close to a popular shopping mall, and the room is beautifully decorated with a modern bathtub and the service is excellent.

The place was attractive and fairly clean. Beautiful and marvelous units with bath, shower, for example. - the staff were kind. - Near a motorway, the location was marvellous. - There was a good restaurant.

The modern deluxe room was a highlight of our stay, along with the minibar and safe included, all conveniently located near the mall and various attractions.
